**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Beraten von Jugendlichen und ihren Eltern im Berufswahlprozess * Beraten von Erwachsenen zu Laufbahnfragen * Zusammenarbeit mit Schulen * Durchführen von Kurzgesprächen * Kontaktpflege mit Lehrpersonen * Durchführen von Eltern- und Klassenorientierungen * Mitarbeit in Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen * Mitarbeit bei Veranstaltungen

**Ihr Profil**

* Abgeschlossene oder fortgeschrittene Ausbildung in Berufs- und Laufbahnberatung (MAS CCHRM, ZHAW oder FHNW) * Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Überzeugende Auftritts- und Kommunikationskompetenz * Französischkenntnisse * Hohes Dienstleistungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

Das Mittelschul- und Berufsbildungsamt der Bildungs- und Kulturdirektion ist das zentrale Dienstleistungszentrum zu Gunsten aller Ausbildungspartner auf der Sekundarstufe II, in der höheren Berufsbildung, in der Weiterbildung und in der Berufs-, Studien- und Laufbahnberatung. Es fördert die Angebots- und Qualitätsentwicklung im Rahmen der Gesetzgebung und ist zuständig für die Steuerung und Überwachung von Finanzmitteln und Qualitätsindikatoren bei den Schulen der Sekundarstufe II.
