Zur Unterstützung unserer sehr engagierten Kolleginnen und Kollegen suchen wir per November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine fachlich versierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit als

Berufsbeiständin / Berufsbeistand Erwachsenenschutz (80 %)

Im Auftrag der KESB unterstützen, betreuen und vertreten Sie als Berufsbeiständin / Berufsbeistand Menschen bei der Wahrnehmung ihrer rechtlichen, finanziellen, sozialen und persönlichen Angelegenheiten. Sie analysieren Problemstellungen, strukturieren Informationen und beschaffen sich die notwendigen Unterlagen. Sie entwickeln in Zusammenarbeit mit den betroffenen Personen Lösungsansätze und Umsetzungspläne und begleiten diese aktiv.

Ihre zukünftigen Hauptaufgaben

  • Führen von zielgerichteten und massgeschneiderten Massnahmen im Erwachsenenschutz
  • Beratung und Begleitung von Klientinnen\- und Klienten in sozialen, gesundheitlichen, rechtlichen und finanziellen Fragestellungen
  • Einkommens\- und Vermögensverwaltungen
  • Intervention bei Konflikt\- und Krisensituationen
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Drittstellen, namentlich Fachpersonen, Institutionen und Behörden
  • Erstellen von Rechenschaftsberichten, Stellungnahmen zu Anträgen zuhanden der Kindes\- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde

Das bringen Sie idealerweise mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im sozial engagierten Umfeld
  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung auf tertiärer Stufe (z.B. Soziale Arbeit, Psychologie, Pädagogik, Recht) von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise juristische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit Sozialversicherungen und Zahlen – oder Bereitschaft, dich hier weiterzubilden
  • Gespür für Menschen in herausfordernden Situationen
  • Klare Kommunikation und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären
  • Eigenverantwortliches und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten – auch wenn es mal turbulent wird
