Wir sind ein polyvalenter Sozialdienst und betreuen acht Verbandsgemeinden im Bezirk Kulm. Unser breites Aufgabenfeld reicht von der freiwilligen Beratung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen bis hin zur gesetzlichen Sozialhilfe und dem Kindes\- und Erwachsenenschutz.

In unserem Team von 18 motivierten Fachpersonen erwarten Sie spannende Herausforderungen, viel Gestaltungsspielraum und eine Kultur des Vertrauens und der gegenseitigen Unterstützung.

Zur Verstärkung suchen wir per*sofort* oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als:

Berufsbeistand/Berufsbeiständin im Fachbereich Erwachsenenschutz 50 \- 60 % -----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ihre Aufgaben – vielseitig, verantwortungsvoll und sinnstiftend

  • Selbstständige Führung von Mandaten im Erwachsenenschutz, inkl. Einkommens\- und Vermögensverwaltung
  • Übernahme von freiwilligen Lohnverwaltungen
  • Abklärungen, Berichte und Anträge an das Familiengericht (KESB)
  • Beratung zu finanziellen, arbeitsbezogenen und sozialen Themen
  • Koordination und Vernetzung mit Fachstellen, Angehörigen und Institutionen

Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen

  • Erfahrung in der Mandatsführung oder in der Beratung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungsrecht und ein solides Zahlenverständnis
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz und gute Menschenkenntnisse
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Wort und Schrift
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und präzise Analyse von komplexen Situationen
  • Belastbare, entscheidungsfreudige Persönlichkeit mit Empathie und Respekt für unterschiedliche Lebensrealitäten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, verbunden mit Teamgeist, Humor und Integrität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und KLIBnet
  • Führerausweis Kat. B (eigener PKW erforderlich)
