Unsere Berufsbildnerinnen und Berufsbildner sind bei Spitex Zürich in einem eigenen Team organisiert und können sich so vollumfänglich auf die Begleitung der Auszubildenden konzentrieren. Die enge Zusammenarbeit im Team ermöglicht einen wertvollen fachlichen Austausch und schafft beste Voraussetzungen für eine qualitativ hochwertige Ausbildung. Dabei wirst du von unseren Ausbildungs\- und Bildungsverantwortlichen aktiv unterstützt. Du arbeitest situativ standortübergreifend, hast ein starkes Team im Rücken und geniesst gleichzeitig viel Eigenverantwortung, Gestaltungsfreiheit und Handlungsspielraum in der praktischen Berufsausbildung. Zur Verstärkung unseres Berufsbildner\-Teams suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine aufgestellte Persönlichkeit als Berufsbildner/\-in für FaGe\-Auszubildende 70\-100% (a) DEINE AUFGABEN Du begleitest, förderst und befähigst Auszubildende in der praktischen und theoretischen Ausbildung und stellst damit eine qualitativ hochwertige Ausbildung sicher. Du führst regelmässig Ausbildungs\- und Qualifikationsgespräche und unterstützt individuelle Lernprozesse. Du arbeitest standortübergreifend mit Berufsbildenden, Ausbildungs\- und Bildungsverantwortlichen, Team\-Coachs und Pflegeteams zusammen. Du engagierst dich bei Berufsmessen, Informationsveranstaltungen an Schulen, an Zukunftstagen sowie weiteren Veranstaltungen. Damit du fachlich am Puls der Praxis bleibst, ergänzt du deine Tätigkeit mit einzelnen Pflegeeinsätzen. DU BRINGST MIT Abgeschlossene reguläre 3\-jährige Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ Berufsbildner/\-in\-Zertifikat vorhanden oder Bereitschaft dieses zu absolvieren SVEB\-Zertifikat Praxisausbildner/\-in (Stufe 1\) sowie Erfahrung als Berufsbildner/\-in von Vorteil Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ Flair für digitale Tools und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Freude an der Ausbildung von Jugendlichen und Interesse an der Gestaltung individueller Lernsettings Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationsfähigkeit und Selbstständigkeit Du bist gerne mit dem E\-Bike unterwegs Das ist noch nicht der richtige Job für dich?
