Die Stiftung Märtplatz begleitet junge Menschen mit psychischen und sozialen Schwierigkeiten auf ihrem Weg in die Berufsbildung und in ein selbstständiges Leben. In unterschiedlichen Berufsfeldern schaffen wir praxisnahe Ausbildungsplätze mit dem Ziel der beruflichen Integration.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n

Berufsbildner:in Informatik 80–100 % ------------------------------------------

Du verbindest moderne ICT mit Berufsbildung und hast Freude daran, junge Menschen auf ihrem Weg in die Arbeitswelt zu begleiten und zu fördern.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Ausbildung und Förderung von ICT\-Fachleuten EFZ
  • Fachliche und persönliche Begleitung der Lernenden im Berufsalltag
  • Sicherstellung des internen ICT\-Betriebs gemeinsam mit den Lernenden
  • Betrieb, Support und Weiterentwicklung der internen IT\-Infrastruktur
  • Unterstützung und Beratung der Benutzer:innen und Kund:innen in Informatikfragen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten sowie Einführung neuer Technologien
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Case Management sowie internen und externen Fachstellen

Das bringst du mit

  • Abschluss als Informatiker:in EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit Azure, Intune, SharePoint und Teams
  • Interesse an KI, Automatisierung und digitaler Zusammenarbeit
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen und an der Wissensvermittlung
  • Erfahrung als Berufsbildner:in oder Bereitschaft, dich in diese weiterzuentwickeln
