\* Du hast eine Ausbildung als Informatiker:in EFZ oder eine vergleichbare ICT\-Ausbildung; eine Weiterbildung auf Stufe FA, HF oder FH ist von Vorteil

\* Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und bringst Führungskompetenz sowie unternehmerisches Denken mit \* Du kommunizierst offen, sicher und adressatengerecht

\* Du arbeitest selbstständig und zuverlässig, bist flexibel und schätzt die Zusammenarbeit im Team

\* Du hast Freude daran, Lernende mit deinem pädagogischen Flair und deiner Sozialkompetenz zu begleiten und zu fördern

\* Du magst praxisnahe Aufgaben und begleitest Lernende gerne bei realen Kundenprojekten

\* Du führst und entwickelst den Kreis Informatik mit seinen verschiedenen Ausbildungsberufen und gestaltest seine Zukunft aktiv mit

\* Du verantwortest die Budgetplanung und behältst die finanziellen Vorgaben im Blick

\* Du entwickelst unsere Ausbildungsangebote weiter und gestaltest eine moderne, praxisnahe und zukunftsorientierte Berufsbildung

\* Du begleitest Lernende und arbeitest eng mit Berufsfachschulen, IV\-Stellen sowie internen und externen Fachstellen zusammen

\* Du planst und koordinierst Produktivaufträge und verbindest Ausbildungsziele mit spannenden, realen Arbeitsaufträgen

\* Du stellst eine gute Ausbildungsorganisation sicher \- von der Einsatzplanung und Ausbildungsdokumentation bis zur Einhaltung von Qualitäts\-, Sicherheits\- und Prozessvorgaben
