Du möchtest nicht einfach -deinen Job machen-, sondern die Zukunft der Pflege aktiv mitgestalten? Für unsere spezialisierte Bettenstation in der Viszeral- und Transplantationschirurgie (Süd C)  suchen wir engagierte Berufsbildner:innen Pflege. In diesen Bereichen übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der praktischen Ausbildung unserer Lernenden und Studierenden und gestaltest als Teil des Shared-Governance-Teams die Weiterentwicklung der Station aktiv mit. Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz. Unsere über 8'600 Mitarbeitenden und rund 700 Auszubildende setzen sich täglich für das Wohl unserer Patient:innen ein. ###

Das erwartet dich

  • Du planst, strukturierst und begleitest die praktische Ausbildung von Lernenden und Studierenden und unterstützt sie gezielt in ihrem Lernprozess
  • Du entwickelst, planst und evaluierst praxisorientierte Lerneinheiten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Bildungsverantwortlichen
  • Du führst Eintritts-, Standort-, Kompetenz- und Qualifikationsgespräche durch und dokumentierst Lernprozesse nachvollziehbar und strukturiert
  • Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Bildungsthemen auf der Station und schaffst ein motivierendes, lernförderndes Umfeld
  • Du berätst und unterstützt das Pflegeteam in der Anleitung von Lernenden und stärkst die Bildungskompetenz im Alltag
  • Du setzt Massnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung um und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Bildungsprozesse mit
  • Du engagierst dich in Projekten, Arbeitsgruppen sowie in der Lern- und Arbeitsgemeinschaft (LAG)
  • Du arbeitest aktiv in der Patientenversorgung mit und bist fachliches wie pädagogisches Vorbild im klinischen Alltag

Was zeichnet dich aus?

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • Ausgewiesene Weiterbildung im Bereich Bildung (z. B. SVEB, CAS oder äquivalent)
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Anleitung und Begleitung von Lernenden und Studierenden
  • Gute Kenntnisse der schweizerischen Bildungssystematik
  • Sicherheit in der Durchführung von Kompetenznachweisen
  • Hohe Kommunikations-, Team- und Organisationskompetenz
  • Strukturierte, verbindliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Bildung aktiv sichtbar zu machen
