Was erwartet dich bei uns?

  • Verantwortung für die Lernbegleitung sowie die Gestaltung und Evaluation der Ausbildung von Studierenden und Lernenden (HF, FH und FaGe) auf der Abteilung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Studierenden in den Lern- und Arbeitsgemeinschaften sowie Sicherstellung einer ganzheitlichen und professionellen Pflege und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Begleitung, Förderung und Unterstützung von Lernenden und Studierenden der Gesundheitsberufe (Pflege HF, FH und FaGe) im Ausbildungsalltag
  • Gestaltung individueller Lernprozesse und Förderung der fachlichen sowie persönlichen Entwicklung der Lernenden und Studierenden
  • Planung und Koordination der verschiedenen Lernformen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleitung und der Bildungsverantwortlichen

Was bringst du mit?

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH sowie Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozial- und Fachkompetenz
  • Begeisterung für die Ausbildung zukünftiger Fachpersonen sowie eine pädagogische Weiterbildung (SVEB I, CAS) oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren
  • Freude daran, gemeinsam mit dem interdisziplinären Team Verantwortung für eine patientenorientierte und professionelle Pflege zu übernehmen
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Motivation, Fachwissen, Erfahrung und die Begeisterung für den Pflegeberuf an Lernende und Studierende weiterzugeben
