Wir suchen eine Berufsbildner:in Pflege, die die praktische Ausbildung unserer Lernenden und Studierenden professionell führt, das Team in Bildungsthemen stärkt und als fachliche sowie pädagogische Bezugsperson wirkt. Gleichzeitig bist du Teil unseres Shared-Governance-Teams und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung der Station aktiv mit. Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz. Unsere über 8'600 Mitarbeitenden und rund 700 Auszubildende setzen sich täglich für das Wohl unserer Patient:innen ein. ###

Deine Mission

  • Du planst, strukturierst und begleitest die praktische Ausbildung von Lernenden und Studierenden und unterstützt sie gezielt in ihrem Lernprozess
  • Du führst Kompetenz- und Qualifikationsgespräche durch und stellst eine klare, nachvollziehbare Lernentwicklung sicher
  • Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Bildungsthemen auf der Thoraxchirurgie & Pneumologie und schaffst ein motivierendes, lernförderndes Umfeld im Team
  • Du wirkst in Projekten, Arbeitsgruppen und Weiterentwicklungsprozessen mit, insbesondere in der Bildungs- und Qualitätsentwicklung
  • Du arbeitest aktiv in der thoraxchirurgischen/pneumologischen Patientenversorgung mit und bist fachliches Vorbild im klinischen Alltag

Was zeichnet dich aus?

  • Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit ausgewiesener Weiterbildung in Bildung (z. B. SVEB, CAS oder äquivalent)
  • Erfahrung in der Anleitung und Begleitung von Lernenden und Studierenden sowie gute Kenntnisse der Schweizer Bildungssystematik
  • Sicherheit in der Durchführung von Kompetenznachweisen und Freude an praxisnaher, strukturierter Bildungsarbeit
  • Hohe Kommunikations-, Team- und Organisationskompetenz sowie eine klare, verbindliche Arbeitsweise
  • Du hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Themen voranzutreiben und Bildung auf der Station sichtbar zu machen
