Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ oder Produktionsmechaniker EFZ (zwingend)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der spanabhebenden Fertigung
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Ausbildung von Lernenden
  • Ausbildung als Berufsbildner\*in von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Bearbeitungszentren
  • Selbstständige, exakte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässige, unkomplizierte und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Stellvertretung der Bereichsleitung der produktiven Lehrwerkstatt
  • Fachliche und persönliche Betreuung der Lernenden
  • Bedienen von konventionellen Maschinen sowie modernen CNC-Bearbeitungszentren
  • Einrichten und Optimieren von CNC-Maschinen
  • Fertigung von Einzelteilen bis zu mittleren Serien
  • Durchführung von Erststück- und Zwischenkontrollen
  • Überwachung und Wechsel der Bearbeitungswerkzeuge
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen
  • Durchführung des wöchentlichen Maschinenunterhalts
