Ab Frühlingssemester 2027 suchen wir eine engagierte und initiative Berufsschullehrperson mbA. Du begleitest und förderst unsere Lernenden in der beruflichen Grundbildung (Lehrlingsunterricht). Bei uns hast du die Chance, in einer innovativen und multifunktionalen Lern- und Arbeitsumgebung neue Ausbildungskonzepte zu entwickeln und deine Ideen kreativ umzusetzen. Deine Aufgaben ###

  • Du vermittelst unseren Lernenden praxisnahes Fachwissen im berufskundlichen Unterricht für Automatiker:innen und begleitest sie auf ihrem Weg durch die berufliche Grundbildung.
  • Du gestaltest einen abwechslungsreichen, praxisorientierten und zeitgemässen Unterricht und stellst dabei den Bezug zur beruflichen Praxis her.
  • Du förderst die fachliche und soziale Entwicklung unserer Lernenden und unterstützt sie individuell in ihrem Lernprozess.
  • Du entwickelst deinen Unterricht laufend weiter und setzt moderne Technologien, digitale Tools und innovative Lehrmethoden gezielt ein.
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in die Fachschaft ein und wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung des Unterrichts und unserer Schule mit.

Dein Profil ###

  • Du hast ein technisches Studium abgeschlossen und verfügst über das Diplom als Berufsfachschullehrer:in für Berufskunde im Hauptberuf.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Fachkenntnisse und bringst idealerweise praktische Berufserfahrung in deinem Fachgebiet mit.
  • Es macht dir Freude, junge Menschen für berufskundliche Inhalte zu begeistern und dein Fachwissen praxisnah zu vermitteln.
  • Du bist offen für neue Unterrichtsformen und bringst eine hohe technologische Affinität mit, um moderne Tools und digitale Medien wirkungsvoll in deinen Unterricht einzubeziehen.
  • Du begleitest unsere Lernenden mit Engagement und sozialer Kompetenz in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung.
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus.
