Als junges Unternehmen wachsen wir stetig. Unsere Eigentümer sind der Bund, die Digitale Verwaltung Schweiz (DVS), alle Kantone und zahlreiche Gemeinden. Wir ermöglichen gemeinsame digitale Behördenleistungen, indem wir für unsere Eigentümer ICT\-Applikationen einführen und betreiben sowie gemeinsame Beschaffungsprojekte durchführen. Leistungen wie Software\-Entwicklung, Managed IT\-Services, Hosting und Security beziehen wir vom Markt. Wir verstehen gemeinsames Handeln und die Digitalisierung als Chance für eine moderne öffentliche Verwaltung. Was bewirkst Du? Du führst für unsere Auftraggeber anspruchsvolle Beschaffungsprojekte von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Vertragsabschluss und dem Leistungsbezug. Mit deiner gewinnenden Art überzeugst du zur Teilnahme an Beschaffungsgemeinschaften und berätst die Bedarfsstellen fundiert in allen Phasen des Verfahrens. Deine Aufgaben: Selbstständiges Umsetzen von öffentlichen Beschaffungen im ICT\-Umfeld unter Einhaltung von BöB/VöB/IVöB – souverän berätst du unsere Auftraggeber als Projektleiter und führst die Beschaffungsvorhaben zum Erfolg Erstellung von rechtskonformen Ausschreibungsunterlagen, Berichten, Verfügungen und Vorlagen auf hohem Qualitätsniveau Planen und begleiten von Beschaffungsprojekten, die durch externe Projektleiter umgesetzt werden Beratung der Bedarfsstellen zum Leistungsbezug über bestehende Rahmenverträge Lieferanten\- und Vertragsmanagement bei abgeschlossenen Submissionen Koordinieren und Führen von Informationsveranstaltungen und Workshops zu den einzelnen Beschaffungsvorhaben Durch deine jahrelange Erfahrung, deine fachliche Expertise und deine Routine aus einer Vielzahl von öffentlichen Beschaffungsprojekten leitest du unsere Beschaffungen selbstsicher. Dabei bringst du deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, dein Know\-how im Beschaffungsrecht und deine Skills im Stakeholder\-Management ein. Dein Profil: Mehrjährige Erfahrung von öffentlichen Beschaffungen im ICT\-Bereich in leitender Funktion.
