Wir gehören zu den national führenden Stellenvermittlungen mit insgesamt 22 Niederlassungen in der Schweiz und im Fürstentum Liechtenstein. Seit über 30 Jahren sind wir spezialisiert auf die Vermittlung und den Verleih von Personal in diversen Branchen, hauptsächlich in den Bereichen Bauhaupt- und Baunebengewerbe, Handwerk, Technik und Industrie.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

Sie befassen sich im Produktionsbetrieb mit der Herstellung von Betonerzeugnissen. Eingesetzt werden diese Betonprodukte unter anderem im Wohnungsbau, Gewerbebau, Tiefbau, Brückenbau, Gartenbau, Stadionbau, Tunnelbau oder Lärmschutz. Beispiele von Produkten sind Kanalisationsrohre, Mauersteine, Verbund- und Pflastersteine, Gehwegplatten, Treppen, Balkone, Brüstungen, Liftschächte oder Akustikplatten.

Für die Herstellung von Betonfertigteilen werden Negativformen benötigt. Diese Formen stellen Sie aus Holztafeln selbst her. Sie halten sich dabei an die Konstruktionspläne des Auftraggebers. Je nach Produkt verwenden Sie auch vorgefertigte Formen aus Stahl, Kunststoff oder Beton. Zunehmend werden in Betonwerken vollautomatische, computergesteuerte Anlagen eingesetzt. Teilweise bedienen Sie diese Maschinen und warten sie.

Sie schütten die Betonmasse in die Form und verdichten sie durch Rütteln, Stampfen, Pressen und Schleudern. Nach Erhärten des Betons schalen sie das Werkstück aus und reinigen das Schalungsmaterial. Je nach Produkt veredeln sie später die Oberfläche, z. B. durch Schleifen, Polieren, Feinwaschen oder Sandstrahlen. Bei besonderen Werkstücken arbeiten Sie sogar mit Stahleinlagen, um eine Verstärkung zu erreichen.

Für die Oberflächenbehandlung sowie die übrigen Arbeitsschritte setzen Sie zahlreiche Geräte und Maschinen ein. Auch diese werden von Ihnen nicht nur fachgerecht bedient, sondern auch gepflegt und gewartet.
