Stellenbeschreibung

Als Betonwerker sind Sie verantwortlich für die Bedienung der Betonmischanlage und die Herstellung von qualitativ hochwertigen Elementen aus Beton. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört das Einlegen der Armierung sowie das Ein- und Ausschalen der Elemente. Darüber hinaus bedienen Sie die Hallenkrananlage und den Stapler, um die Produktionsabläufe effizient zu gestalten. Sie arbeiten eng mit Ihrem Team zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produktionsziele erreicht werden und die Qualität der Produkte höchsten Standards entspricht. Ihre Arbeit trägt entscheidend zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Bauprojekten bei. Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die sowohl im Team als auch selbstständig arbeiten kann und Freude an der Arbeit mit Beton hat. Ihre Genauigkeit und Ihr technisches Verständnis sind für uns von großer Bedeutung, um die Produktionsprozesse optimal zu gestalten.

Anforderungsprofil

Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Betonherstellung mit und sind eine verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit. Selbständiges Arbeiten ist für Sie selbstverständlich, und Sie sind im Umgang mit Maschinen und Anlagen vertraut. Zudem schätzen Sie die Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld und sind bereit, sich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen.
