November 2026 eine Fachperson Betreuung 100%.  Unser eingespieltes Team sucht eine erfahrene Verstärkung, die unseren Alltag mit Herz und Fachwissen bereichert. Es erwartet dich eine vielseitige Tätigkeit mit viel Eigenverantwortung und einem eingespielten Team.   Die Kita Känguru Freihof bietet Platz für 42 Kinder, verteilt auf 3 Gruppen. Wir arbeiten nach dem infans Konzept der Frühpädagogik. Helle und grosse Gruppenräume, weitere Räume eingerichtet nach Bildungsbereichen und ein riesiger Garten, bieten vielfältige Spiel -und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.  Deine Aufgaben Liebevolle und professionelle Betreuung und Begleitung der Kinder Gestaltung eines abwechslungsreichen und altersgerechten Kita-Alltags Individuelle Begleitung und Förderung der Kinder in ihrer Entwicklung  Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und sozialen Entwicklung der Kinder Beobachtung und Wahrnehmung der individuellen Bedürfnisse und Ressourcen der Kinder Führen von Portfolios  Mitverantwortung für die Gestaltung, Ordnung und Sauberkeit der Räumlichkeiten Professionelle Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und im Team Das bringst du mit Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung EFZ, Fachrichtung Kinder mit einigen Jahren Berufserfahrung Freude an der Arbeit mit Babys und Kleinkindern Pädagogisches Geschick und eine wertschätzende, ressourcenorientierte Haltung Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Organisationsgeschick Freude daran, eigene Ideen einzubringen und den Kita-Alltag aktiv mitzugestalten Gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse Das erwartet dich Ein wertschätzendes, professionelles Arbeitsumfeld Ein motiviertes Team und eine Offene Kommunikationsstruktur 13 Monatslöhne Keinen Abzug beim Lohn für das Essen Dein Geburtstag ist dein freier Tag Möchtest du mehr Auskunft?
