Pro Senectute Kanton Zug setzt sich seit über 100 Jahren für das Wohl und die Würde älterer Menschen ein. Mit einem vielfältigen Beratungs\- und Dienstleistungsangebot fördern wir Selbständigkeit und Lebensqualität im und unterstützen Seniorinnen und Senioren sowie ihre Angehörigen im ganzen Kanton Zug.

Für den Bereich Hilfen zu Hause bauen wir unser Demenzteam gezielt auf und aus. Dafür suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung engagierte Betreuungspersonen, die Menschen mit Demenz einfühlsam, kompetent und mit Freude am Beziehungsaufbau begleiten.

AGS EBA oder FaBe EFZ / Einsatzgebiet Kanton Zug

Pensum: Stundenlohn, mindestens 20 Stunden pro Monat. Bei entsprechender Verfügbarkeit ist ein Ausbau des Einsatzumfangs möglich. Die Einsatztage bzw. Halbtage planen und vereinbaren wir regelmässig gemeinsam mit Ihnen.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • Begleitung und Betreuung von Menschen mit Demenz in ihrem vertrauten häuslichen Umfeld
  • Aktive Alltagsgestaltung, beispielsweise Gespräche, Spaziergänge oder gemeinsame Mahlzeiten.
  • Entlastung und Unterstützung der Angehörigen
  • Bei Bedarf hauswirtschaftliche Unterstützung, etwa Wochenkehr, Wäschepflege, Kochen und Vorkochen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Fallführung sowie elektronische Dokumentation relevanter Beobachtungen

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als AGS EBA oder FaBe EFZ sowie ausgewiesenes Interesse in der Demenzbegleitung
  • Empathische, geduldige und respektvolle Haltung gegenüber Menschen mit Demenz und ihren Angehörigen
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise – auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse (C1\)
  • Wohnsitz im Kanton Zug oder nähere Umgebung,
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B und eigenes Auto erwünscht
