Rebstein ist eine attraktive Gemeinde, eingebettet im schönen Rheintal mit über 5'000 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern. Beste Wohnlage mit ausgezeichneter Verkehrsanbindung zeichnet unser wachsendes Dorf aus. Zur Unterstützung im Bereich Flüchtlingsbetreuung suchen wir per 1. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Persönlichkeit.

Betreuungsperson geflüchtete Personen 15 - 30%

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Begleitung und Unterstützung der geflüchteten Personen im Alltag sowie Förderung ihrer Selbstständigkeit
  • Ansprechperson bei Fragen rund um Wohnen, Alltag und Zusammenleben
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sozialamt, Behörden, Fachstellen und weiteren Institutionen sowie bei Bedarf Begleitung zu Terminen
  • Regelmässige Besuche der Unterkünfte
  • Organisation und Begleitung von Ein- und Auszügen sowie Wohnungswechseln, inklusive Einrichtung und Wohnungsabnahmen
  • Bewirtschaftung des Lagers und Inventars
  • Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf Pikettdienst zu leisten

Ihr Profil

  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen unterschiedlicher Herkunft sowie eine respektvolle und wertschätzende Grundhaltung
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit sowie Überblick auch in an-spruchsvollen Situationen
  • Praktisches Geschick für Aufgaben rund um Unterkünfte, Einrichtungen und Inventar
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B und eigenes Fahrzeug von Vorteil
