Was du bewegst

  • Du bist operativ im Betrieblichen Case Management tätig und betreust wirkungsorientiert und proaktiv dein Fallportfolio unter Berücksichtigung sozialer und betriebswirtschaftlicher Aspekte
  • Du führst gestärkt durch deine mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung, einfache wie auch komplexe Fälle professionell
  • Du coachst unsere Führungskräfte im Präsenz\- und Case Management dienstleistungsorientiert und kollegial
  • Du arbeitest aktiv und lösungsorientiert mit allen Sozialversicherungspartnern, KTG und UVG zusammen
  • Du bringst Inputs zur Optimierung der Prozesse des Präsenz\- und Case Management ein

Was du mitbringst

  • Bildung: Eidg. Fachausweis
  • Fachrichtung: oder CAS im Bereich Sozialversicherungen und/oder Case Management zwingend
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Case Management inkl. Fallführung von komplexen Fällen in einem Grossunternehmen und/oder im Versicherungswesen
  • Umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern konstruktiv umzugehen, auch in herausfordernden Situationen
  • Hohes Mass an analytischem und vernetztem Denken sowie eine klare Prioritätensetzung zur effektiven Lösungsfindung
  • Vertrauensvolle und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit
  • Affinität für den Umgang mit einer Vielzahl an IT\-Applikationen
  • Führerausweis und Reisebereitschaft
  • Deutsch (C1\)
