Électricien d'exploitation / Installateur électricien CFC en gestion immobilière (h/f) #

Responsabilités

  • Responsabilité des installations électriques ainsi que garantie de la disponibilité, de la fonctionnalité et de la sécurité des installations électriques dans les bâtiments et sites gérés
  • Réalisation des travaux de maintenance, d'inspection et de réparation sur les distributions, installations d'éclairage, installations de commutation, de commande et de régulation, installations de sécurité et d'alimentation de secours ainsi que sur les systèmes d'automatisation des bâtiments / GTB (selon l'objet)
  • Localisation, analyse et résolution des pannes sur les installations et appareils électriques, y compris documentation professionnelle
  • Réalisation des contrôles et mesures périodiques conformément aux normes et prescriptions suisses (par ex. NIN, NIV, directives SUVA)
  • Participation aux modifications, modernisations et projets d'optimisation dans la technique du bâtiment (par ex. efficacité énergétique, conversion LED, optimisation des charges)
  • Soutien aux autres corps de métier (CVC, sanitaire, technique de gestion du bâtiment), coordination des prestataires externes et fournisseurs ainsi que garantie du respect des exigences en matière de sécurité, d'environnement et de qualité
  • Participation aux astreintes selon la planification des interventions

Exigences

* Apprentissage achevé en tant qu'installateur électricien CFC * Expérience avec des installations techniques, idéalement en gestion immobilière, dans l'industrie ou le secteur des services * Bonne connaissance pratique des normes et prescriptions suisses pertinentes (par ex. NIN, NIV, directives ESTI, directives SUVA) * Maîtrise des plans de câblage et d'installation ainsi que des appareils de mesure et de contrôle * Expérience en recherche systématique de pannes et dépannage * Connaissances de base en automatisation des bâtiments / technique MSR un atout * Permis de conduire catégorie B
