Ihr Aufgabengebiet

In dieser Funktion erwartet Sie bei Griesser eine abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum und viel Eigenverantwortung. Statt ständig wechselnder Baustellen betreuen Sie einen Produktions- und Infrastrukturstandort langfristig und nachhaltig. Dabei arbeiten Sie an einer vielfältigen technischen Umgebung, bestehend aus Produktionsanlagen, Gebäudeinfrastruktur, Energieversorgung, Photovoltaikanlagen, Ladeinfrastruktur für Elektrofahrzeuge und Gebäudeleitsystemen.

  • Durchführung periodischer Kontrollen und Inspektionen an elektrischen Installationen
  • Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten an elektrischen Anlagen
  • Durchführung von Tages-, Wochen- und Monatskontrollen
  • Selbstständige Analyse und Behebung von Störungen an Anlagen und Infrastruktureinrichtungen
  • Überwachung der elektrischen Arbeitssicherheit im Betrieb sowie Sicherstellung von Wiederholungsinstruktionen für Mitarbeitende
  • Betreuung und Überwachung der firmeneigenen Photovoltaikanlage (PVA)
  • Betreuung und Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Ladestationen für Elektrofahrzeuge
  • Betrieb, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung des Gebäudeleitsystems
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Energieeffizienz- und Energiesparmassnahmen
  • Leistung von Pikettdienst im 2nd-Level-Support zur Störungsbehebung (Anfahrtsweg max. 30 Minuten)
  • Mitbewirtschaftung des Ersatzteillagers

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektroinstallateur:in EFZ, Montage-Elektriker:in EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Betriebselektrikerbewilligung NIV 13 oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu erwerben
  • Erfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung von Produktions- und Fertigungsanlagen von Vorteil
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, verlässliche Persönlichkeit mit unternehmerischem, vernetztem Denken und Handeln
  • Offene, stufengerechte Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch
  • Teamorientierte, flexible und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an neuen Technologien sowie Freude an technischen Innovationen
