Aufgaben ###

  • Störungsbehebung an den Produktionsanlagen:Störungen in der Papiererzeugung und -verarbeitung analysierst du rasch und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Anlagen zuverlässig und effizient laufen
  • Mithilfe bei Revisionen, Umbauten und Optimierungen: Mit deinem Fachwissen bringst du dich aktiv in spannende Projekte ein, packst mit an und gestaltest Verbesserungen in der Produktion mit.
  • Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten:Mit deinem technischen Know-how wartest du unsere Anlagen und die Infrastruktur zuverlässig, sicherst eine hohe Betriebsbereitschaft und treibst Prozessoptimierungen voran.

* Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses im Team: Durch deine klare, offene und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation bleiben alle Beteiligten stets auf dem aktuellen Stand.

Optionale Zusatzaufgaben:

  • Übernahme von Aufgaben in der Unterhaltsplanung: Planung, Koordination und strukturierte Umsetzung von Instandhaltungsmassnahmen übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich und vorausschauend..
  • Anpassung und Pflege von Dokumentationen: Technische Unterlagen - wie beispielsweise Schemata - hältst du sorgfältig aktuell und stellst deren Qualität nachhaltig sicher.

Profil ###

  • Ausbildung: Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroinstallateur, Automatiker EFZ oder in einem verwandten technischen Bereich (gelistete Berufe beim ESTI) mit und verfügst idealerweise über eine Installationsbewilligung NIV Art. 13 oder 15.
  • Erfahrung: Fundierte Erfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen idealerweise in der Papiererzeugung oder -verarbeitung - zeichnet dich aus.
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Mit deiner kommunikativen und teamorientierten Art arbeitest du bereichsübergreifend zusammen und förderst einen effizienten Informationsaustausch.
  • Bereitschaft zum Pikettdienst: Für dich gehört es dazu, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und bei Bedarf auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen im Pikettdienst zu übernehmen.
  • Mobilität: Dein Wohnort befindet sich maximal 30 Minuten vom Arbeitsort entfernt, und idealerweise steht dir ein eigenes Fahrzeug zur Verfügung, damit du bei Piketteinsätzen schnell vor Ort bist.
