Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Infrastruktur- und Servermanagement
  • 3rd-Level-Support und Systemzustand: Funktion als höchste Eskalationsstelle für komplexe Infrastrukturprobleme in On-Premises- und GCP-Umgebungen.
  • Standards und Dokumentation: Definition technischer Richtlinien, einschliesslich Namenskonventionen, IPAM und Massnahmen zur Systemabsicherung.
  • Aktive Teilnahme am 24/7-IT-Pikettdienst. Bereitschaft, Wartungsarbeiten ausserhalb der regulären Geschäftszeiten durchzuführen und gelegentlich zu Resorts zu reisen, um Aufgaben vor Ort zu erledigen.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Fundierte Ausbildung mit einem Hochschulabschluss in einem relevanten Fachbereich (z. B. Informatik, Ingenieurwesen) oder einer beruflichen Qualifikation im Bereich Informatik (EFZ/HF/FH)
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Cloud, Infrastruktur und/oder IT-Security/Governance
  • Einstellung: Sie sind ein lösungsorientierter Teamplayer mit einer praxisorientierten Mentalität, der Sicherheit als Dienstleistung für das Unternehmen versteht.
  • Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und sprechen fliessend Englisch.
  • Zusätzliche Erfahrungen in der Softwareentwicklung und/oder weitere Zertifizierungen (in den entsprechenden Bereichen) sind von Vorteil.
