Das trifft sich prima, denn wir suchen für unseren Standort Hirslanden per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Betriebsleiter:in 60- 80%. In der Funktion als Betriebsleitung übernimmst du die pädagogische und betriebswirtschaftliche Leitung des Standorts und trägst die Hauptverantwortung für die Lernenden. Du bist für die fachliche und personelle Führung der Mitarbeitenden verantwortlich sowie für die Umsetzung der Finanz-, Marketing- und Personalstrategie. Du arbeitest eng mit Eltern und Gruppenleiter:innen zusammen, aber auch mit den Behörden. Zudem bringst du dich aktiv in Projekten ein.
