Betriebsleitung Chemicals

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für den Standort Wetzikon und führen diesen hinsichtlich Sicherheit, Qualität, Liefertreue, Effizienz und Kultur erfolgreich weiter.

Dabei verantworten Sie insbesondere:

  • Führung der Bereiche Produktion, Abfüllung, Konfektion, Logistik und Technik
  • Steuerung der betrieblichen Kennzahlen sowie Erreichung der vereinbarten Ziele
  • Sicherstellung stabiler, effizienter und wirtschaftlicher Prozesse
  • Weiterentwicklung von Organisation, Mitarbeitenden und Infrastruktur
  • Umsetzung von Investitionen, Verbesserungsprojekten und Automatisierungsvorhaben
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Verkauf, Entwicklung, Qualität und Einkauf
  • Vertretung des Standortes gegenüber internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Mitglied des Führungsteams Business Unit Carex

Ihr Profil

  • Technische Ausbildung, idealerweise Weiterbildung als Ingenieur FH / HF, Chemiker, Betriebsingenieur oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in Produktion, Operations oder Werkleitung
  • Erfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld wie Chemie, Pharma, Food, Kosmetik oder Verpackung
  • Klare Führung, hohe Eigenverantwortung und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Unternehmerisches Denken mit Blick für Kosten, Qualität und Menschen
  • Hands\-on Mentalität sowie Freude an Veränderung und Verbesserung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
