Arbeitsort: Basel\-Stadt \| Eintritt: nach Vereinbarung Die Stiftung LBB vereint Marktleistung und Berufsbildung. Unsere Schreinerei arbeitet für externe Kunden und bildet Lernende aus. Für die nächste Entwicklungsphase suchen wir eine Führungspersönlichkeit, die operative Exzellenz mit Führungsstärke verbindet und Veränderungen wirksam umsetzt. Ihre Aufgaben Gesamtverantwortung für die Schreinerei (Team, Organisation, Qualität, Termine, Wirtschaftlichkeit) Führung, Coaching und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden Steuerung der Schnittstellen AVOR, Produktion, Montage sowie konsequente Priorisierung Kundenpflege, Akquise, Offerten und Projektsteuerung Arbeiten mit ERP und Kennzahlen zur Betriebssteuerung Ihr Profil Grundbildung als Schreiner/in EFZ Höhere Berufsbildung (Weiterbildung HF/FH und mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 2 Jahre in einer Führungsrolle) Sicher in Kalkulation, Termin\- und Qualitätssteuerung, Kennzahlenarbeit sowie ERP/Branchensoftware (Abacus und Triviso) Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Empathie, klare Kommunikation und Führungspräsenz Das bieten wir Eine sinnstiftende Führungsaufgabe mit Gestaltungsspielraum Ein Umfeld, in dem Wirkung zählt für Team, Lernende und Kunden Zeitgemässe Anstellungsbedingungen und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Haben wir Ihr Interesse geweckt?
