Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit durch regelmässige Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Produktionsanlagen
  • Durchführung notwendiger Reparaturen und Gewährleistung einer raschen Wiederinbetriebnahme der betroffenen Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Systematische Analyse und Behebung mechanischer sowie einfacher elektrischer Störungen
  • Fertigung und Anpassung von Ersatzteilen, Vorrichtungen und technischen Hilfsmitteln mittels konventioneller Dreh- und Fräsverfahren
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Optimierungen, Umbauten und der Inbetriebnahme von Produktionsanlagen
  • Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten sowie Pflege und Bewirtschaftung des Ersatzteilbestands
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion, technischen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ, Anlagen- und Apparatebauer EFZ, Automatiker EFZ oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung industrieller Produktionsanlagen ist von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Mechanik sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in der Elektrotechnik
  • Kenntnisse im konventionellen Drehen und Fräsen sind von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Tätigkeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb
