Stellenbeschreibung ##

In dieser Position erwartet dich ein abwechslungsreiches Arbeitsumfeld, in dem neueste Technik auf altbewährtes trifft. Mit deinem technischen Know-how trägst du maßgeblich zur Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs unserer Produktion bei. Deine Hauptaufgaben auf einen Blick:

  • Störungsanalyse und -behebung an unseren vielfältigen Anlagen und Maschinen.
  • Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten zur Effizienzsteigerung.
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von vorbeugenden Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen.
  • Fachgerechte Ausführung von allgemeinen Reparaturarbeiten.

Qualifikationen ##

Haben wir dein Interesse geweckt? Dann freuen wir uns, wenn du folgendes mitbringst:

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Lehre als Mechaniker oder Landmaschinenmechaniker 
  • Erfahrung und Know-how: Berufserfahrung als Betriebsmechaniker, Fachkenntnisse in allgemeiner mechanischer Instandhaltung. Spezifische Schulungen im Fachgebiet (von Vorteil Instandhaltungsfachmann)
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Du bist motiviert, arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert und bringst dich teamorientiert ein. Die Bereitschaft für Pikettdienst ist für dich selbstverständlich. Du packst gerne mit an, treibst Themen aktiv voran und bist stets motiviert, Neues zu lernen und dich weiterzuentwickeln.
