Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine/n Betriebsmitarbeiter/in als Quereinsteiger ohne zwingende Erfahrung in der Logistik.

Als Betriebsmitarbeiter/in in der Logistik bist du für die reibungslosen betrieblichen Abläufe und die effiziente Lagerhaltung verantwortlich. Du solltest auch in der Lage sein, mit internen und externen Partnern zu kommunizieren, um einen effektiven Informationsfluss sicherzustellen. Des Weiteren ist körperliche Fitness und ein Flair für sicheres Arbeiten ein Muss.

Der Arbeitsgeber hat folgende zusätzliche Aufgaben erwähnt: Stellenbeschreibung: Betriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) Paketsortierung

- Aufgaben: Pakete sortieren, Waren verpacken, Qualität prüfen, Lagertätigkeiten, Versand/Produktion unterstützen.

- Voraussetzungen: Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist, körperliche Fitness, Sicherheitsregeln einhalten; keine Vorkenntnisse nötig.

  • Einstiegslevel: Anfänger.
  • Arbeitszeit: Spät-/Nachtschicht im Schichtsystem; Pausen mind. 30 Min. selbst einhalten und beim Schichtleiter melden; Smartphone-Nutzung nur in Pausen.

- Parkplätze vorhanden muss aber gemeldet werden damit man eine Parkkarte bekommt sonst kann es sein das du einen Straffzettel kriegst.

Dein Profil: Als Betriebsmitarbeiter/in in der Logistik solltest du über organisatorische Fähigkeiten, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamwork-Fähigkeiten verfügen. Du solltest in der Lage sein, effektiv mit Kollegen und Lieferanten zu kommunizieren und auch in hektischen Situationen ruhig zu bleiben. Ein Verständnis für Lagerhaltungsverfahren und Sicherheitsvorschriften ist ebenfalls wichtig, um einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf und die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards zu gewährleisten.
