In unserem innovativen Werk in Thayngen produzieren wir seit über 100 Jahren einen Großteil unserer Produkte exklusiv nach Schweizer Rezeptur. Zur Verstärkung unseres Produktionsteams suchen wir eine:n Betriebsmitarbeiter:in / Basic Operator (d/w/m) im Bereich Fabrikation. In dieser Rolle bedienst und überwachst du unsere Produktionslinien, stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Fabrikation sicher und arbeitest nach klar definierten Arbeitsanweisungen, z.B.: Arbeitsplänen, Bedienungsanleitungen und Einpunktlektionen.

WAS WERDEN DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN SEIN • Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktionslinien im Bereich Fabrikation • Arbeiten nach definierten Arbeitsanweisungen, Arbeitsplänen, Bedienungsanleitungen und Einpunktlektionen • Durchführung von Formatwechseln, Produktumstellungen sowie einfachen Rüst- und Einstellarbeiten • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualitätskontrollen gemäß Vorgaben • Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards im Produktionsumfeld • Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen sowie autonomer und geplanter Instandhaltungsarbeiten • Unterstützung bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen, z. B. Mini Kaizen und Prozessoptimierungen • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Einpunktlektionen und Arbeitsstandards

ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATIONEN • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise in der Lebensmitteltechnologie, im Lebensmittelsektor oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld • Erste Erfahrung in der Produktion, im Bedienen von Anlagen oder im industriellen Umfeld von Vorteil • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Technisches Grundverständnis sowie eine sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Qualität, Hygiene und Arbeitssicherheit • Teamfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft und Freude daran, Verantwortung im Produktionsalltag zu übernehmen • Bereitschaft, sich in Prozesse, Rohstoffe, Packstoffe und Anlagenabläufe einzuarbeiten

WÜNSCHENSWERTE QUALIFIKATIONEN • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und SAP • Erfahrung mit Prozesssteuerungen oder automatisierten Produktionsanlagen von Vorteil

ARBEITSZEITEN • Wir arbeiten im Schichtbetrieb • Frühschicht 05:00 – 13:30 Uhr • Spätschicht 13:30 – 22:00 Uhr
