Ihre Aufgaben: 12 Lernende betreuen und begleiten, darunter auch Lernende mit Beeinträchtigungen Tägliche Arbeiten und Einsätze organisieren Lernende bei handwerklichen Arbeiten anleiten und unterstützen Während der Einsätze die Aufsicht übernehmen Den Arbeitsalltag strukturieren und Aufgaben planen Selbstständigkeit und praktische Fähigkeiten fördern Mit Fachstellen und Betreuungspersonen zusammenarbeiten Ihr Profil: Ausbildung als Betriebsunterhalter/in EFZ von Vorteil Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. Maler/in, Schreiner/in, Zimmermann/Zimmerin, Elektriker/in oder Sanitärinstallateur/in) oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Handwerk Freude an der Arbeit mit Lernenden und an deren praktischer Begleitung Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie ein geduldiger und wertschätzender Umgang mit Menschen Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen Selbstständige, zuverlässige und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise Bereitschaft, an zwei Standorten in Bern zu arbeiten Wir bieten Ihnen: Festanstellung mit 100 % Pensum Eintritt per sofort Abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit Wertschätzendes und kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld Sind Sie interessiert?
