Unser Kunde wünscht

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung EFZ
  • Eine Weiterbildung als Betriebswirtschafter/in HF oder FH, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance, HR oder Digitalisierung
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzen, Buchhaltung und/oder HR-Administration
  • Freude an Zahlen, Analysen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
  • Interesse an Reporting-, Controlling- und BI-Tools
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sind von Vorteil
  • Eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Umsetzungsstärke
  • Eine pragmatische Arbeitsweise und Verständnis für die Strukturen eines KMU
  • Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ein hohes Mass an Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen

Das erwartet dich

  • Du unterstützt den CFO bei finanz- und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
  • Du wirkst beim Aufbau und bei der Weiterentwicklung des Controllings mit
  • Du erstellst Kennzahlen, Reportings und fundierte Analysen
  • Du bereitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Bereichsleitungen auf
  • Du übernimmst schrittweise Aufgaben in der Controller-Funktion
  • Du leitest Projekte in den Bereichen Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung
  • Du arbeitest in der Payroll, der Personaladministration und im Bewerbermanagement mit
  • Du unterstützt bei Personalprozessen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Du wirkst bei Abschlussarbeiten, Abstimmungen und Auswertungen in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit
  • Du übernimmst eine wichtige Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Finanzen, HR, Administration und IT
  • Du unterstützt das Team bei administrativen, organisatorischen und koordinativen Aufgaben
