The posting

Der Medizinbereich Abdomen beinhaltet die Bereiche Viszeralchirurgie, Hepatologie, Gastroenterologie, Nephrologie, Urologie und Thoraxchirurgie. Der Medizinbereich KoBA beinhaltet die Bereiche Akut Geriatrie, Orthopädie, Hals-, Nasen- und Ohrenkrankheiten (HNO), Kopf- und Halschirurgie, Schädel- Kiefer- und Gesichtschirurgie sowie Plastische und Handchirurgie.

**Das erwartet dich**

* Verantwortlich für die Bettendisposition und Koordination von 245 stationären Betten im MB Abdomen und KoBA * Disposition von Notfällen sowie von weiteren Verlegungen * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Bettenmanagements und optimaler Auslastung

**Das bringst du mit**

* Diplom im Gesundheitswesen mit Berufserfahrung von Vorteil im Akutbereich sowie Grundlagenverständnis von medizinischem Fachwissen * Hohe fachliche, persönliche und soziale Kompetenzen sowie Flexibilität, Organisationsgeschick, Belastbarkeit und Innovationsfreude * Engagement für teamorientierte Zusammenarbeit * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Entscheidungskompetenz und Übernahme von Verantwortung
