Wir betreuen Mietliegenschaften und Stockwerkeigentum, wir überzeugen unsere Kunden durch saubere Arbeit. Wir suchen nach Absprache eine Persönlichkeit für die Betreuung von \*\*Mietliegenschaften\*\* zusammen mit einem versierten Team. IHRE AUFGABEN Sie betreuen nach der Einführung selbständig zusammen mit einer Assistent/in ein Immobilienportfolio von \*\*Mietliegenschaften\*\*. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen: \* Betreuung von Mietliegenschaften \* Führung der Korrespondenz mit Eigentümern, Mietern und Handwerkern \* Organisation der Instandstellungsarbeiten \* Bearbeitung von Versicherungsfällen IHR PROFIL Sie haben Erfahrung und betreuen gerne als Bewirtschafter/inMietliegenschaften. \* Sie sind Bewirtschafter/in mit eidg.
