Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du entwickelst und etablierst das unternehmensweite Wirkungsmodell als Basis für die strategische Investitions- und Portfoliosteuerung weiter
  • Du übersetzt strategische Ziele in messbare Wirkungsmetriken, KPIs und Steuerungsmechanismen und entwickelst die Bewertungsmodelle kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du analysierst Veränderungen strategischer Ziele und leitest daraus Anpassungen von Wirkungsfeldern, Kennzahlen und Steuerungsgrössen ab
  • Du berätst Fachbereiche, Portfolioverantwortliche und Führungskräfte zu Wirkungsmessung, Priorisierung und Investitionssteuerung
  • Du stellst die Integration relevanter Kennzahlen und Wirkungsmodelle in Reporting-, Planungs- und Steuerungssystemen sicher
  • Du entwickelst aussagekräftige Dashboards, Reports und Analysen und schaffst Transparenz über den strategischen Nutzen von Investitionen und Initiativen
  • Du analysierst und verknüpfst Daten aus unterschiedlichen Quellen, stellst deren Qualität sicher und leitest fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen für Portfolio-, Investitions- und Managemententscheide ab

Das bringst du mit

  • Tertiärer Abschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Data Analytics, Computer Science oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Strategieumsetzung, Management Consulting oder Project Portfolio Management
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse, Reporting, Datenmodellierung und Datenvisualisierung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SQL; Kenntnisse in PL/SQL, XML und Python als Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von KPI-Frameworks, Wirkungsmodellen, Performance-Management-Systemen oder vergleichbaren Steuerungsinstrumenten
  • Fähigkeit zur Übersetzung strategischer Fragestellungen in messbare Kennzahlen und datenbasierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, überzeugende Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen an der Schnittstelle von Strategie, Business und Daten
