Bildungsverantwortliche/r Die Wohn\- und Pflegezentren der Sihlsana AG bieten für betagte Menschen verschiedene Wohn\-, Pflege\- und Betreuungsformen an. Sowohl für selbständiges Wohnen mit abgestimmten Services \- inklusive Spitex, als auch für Aufenthalte mit kontinuierlicher Pflege\- und Betreuungsleistung, bis hin zu spezialiserten Einheiten für Menschen mit kognitiver Einschränkung stehen aktuell rund 200 Plätze zur Verfügung. Sie begleiten Lernende auf ihrem Weg ins Berufsleben, fördern ihre fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung und sorgen dafür, dass Lernen Freude macht. Bildungsverantwortliche/r 60% \- 100% Ihre Aufgaben Hauptverantwortung für die Ausbildung unserer FAGE und AGS\-Lernenden Planung, Organisation und Koordination der betrieblichen Ausbildung Unterstützung und Beratung der Berufsbildner im Betrieb Begleitung, Förderung und Beurteilung der Lernenden Zusammenarbeit mit Berufsfachschulen, ÜK\-Zentren und gesetzlichen Stellen Mitwirkung bei der Rekrutierung neuer Lernender Förderung einer positiven Lern\- und Feedbackkultur Durchführung von Lernbegleitungen, Standortgesprächen und Bildungsberichten Ihr Profil Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH und mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen Eine pädagogische Zusatzqualifikation, mindestens SVEB\-Zertifikatslehrgang Erfahrung in der direkten Begleitung und Beurteilung von Lernenden Freude an der Begleitung und Förderung junger Menschen Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Geduld und Kommunikationsstärke Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Darauf dürfen Sie sich freuen Eine sinnstiftende Aufgabe mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum Flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle Für Fragen zu dieser Stelle steht Ihnen die Leitung Pflege \& Betreuung gerne zur Verfügung.
