Als Bildungsverantwortliche:r übernimmst du die fachliche und organisatorische Verantwortung für die Ausbildung unserer Studierenden in der Anästhesiepflege. Zu deinen Kernaufgaben gehören die Rekrutierung, die Einführung und Begleitung der Studierenden sowie die Planung und Koordination ihrer Ausbildung inklusive Praktika. Zudem entwickelst du unser Ausbildungskonzept kontinuierlich weiter und sorgst für dessen Umsetzung. Der Bildungsanteil beträgt rund 40-60%. Ergänzend arbeitest du zu 40-50% als Dipl. Expert:in Anästhesiepflege NDS HF im klinischen Alltag mit. In unserem modernen OP-Bereich mit acht Operationssälen und klar strukturierten Prozessen trägst du zu einer sicheren und qualitativ hochwertigen anästhesiologischen Versorgung bei. Dabei arbeitest du interdisziplinär und pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Anästhesieärztinnen und -ärzten sowie den Teams der Lagerungspflege, des Operationsbereichs und des Aufwachraums. Wir geben auch engagierten Persönlichkeiten die Möglichkeit, die Ausbildung zur bildungsverantwortlichen Anästhesiepflegefachperson zu absolvieren und sich damit gezielt für diese verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe weiterzuentwickeln.
