Das Hauttestlabor der Universitätsklinik für Dermatologie und Venerologie des Inselspitals ist ein schweizweites Referenzzentrum für Hauttestungen und die Abklärung berufsbedingter entzündlicher Hauterkrankungen. Zur Verstärkung unseres interdisziplinären Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die das Labor fachlich-organisatorisch leitet und mitgestaltet.

**Das erwartet Sie**

* Nicht-ärztliche Leitung des Hauttestlabors * Planung und Koordination sämtlicher Testungen * Vorbereitung der standardisierten Testreihen * Durchführung der Hauttestungen * Aufarbeitung vom Patientenmaterialien, insb. Berufssubstanzen * Durchführung von Patientenschulungen sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung gemeinsam mit dem Team * Bestellung von Testsubstanzen

**Das bringen Sie mit**

* Abschluss in biomedizinischer Analytik * Ausgeprägte Patientenorientierung * Interesse und Bereitschaft zur Aufarbeitung von Einzelkomponenten von Patientenproben zur anschliessenden Testung, mit dem Ziel der Identifikation potentiell neuer Kontaktallergene * Wissenschaftliches Interesse und Bereitschaft zur Beteiligung an Forschungsprojekten * Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise * Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil * Kollegiales, empathisches Auftreten und Freude an der Arbeit in einem Team aus verschiedenen Fachdisziplinen (Biomedizinische Analytikerin, Advanced nurse practitioner (ANP) und Arzt)
