Biostatistiker / Statistischer Programmierer ============================================

Das ist das nationale Netzwerk für klinische Krebsforschung in der Schweiz. Seit 1965 engagieren wir uns als Non\-Profit\-Organisation für die Verbesserung der Krebsbehandlung der Schweizer Bevölkerung. Gemäss unserer Vision «Clinical research for a cure tomorrow» führen wir klinische Studien in der Onkologie durch und sind zentrale Ansprechpartnerin für Behörden, Fachverbände und die pharmazeutische Industrie. Rund 70 Mitarbeitende arbeiten am Kompetenzzentrum in Bern eng mit allen führenden onkologischen Kliniken des Landes zusammen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Kollegin oder Kollegen

Biostatistiker / Statistischer Programmierer 80 \- 100%

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung einer fundierten statistischen Planung, Analyse, Berichterstattung und Publika\-tion klinischer Studien und der damit verbundenen Forschungsprojekte (z. B. translationale Forschung, Lebensqualität usw.) sowie von Real\-World\-Data\-Projekten, einschliesslich statis\-tischer Beratung
  • Einbringen von Inputs sowie Diskussion und Weiterentwicklung von Studienvorschlägen ge\-meinsam mit den Prüfärzt:innen
  • Spezifikation und Programmierung von Qualitätschecks, Listings und Reports zur Sicherstel\-lung der Datenqualität und zur Identifikation von Protokollabweichungen
  • Prüfung relevanter Dokumente (z. B. Studienvorschläge, Protokolle, CRFs, statistische \-lysepläne, klinische Studienberichte, Publikationen usw.)
  • Entwicklung, Validierung und Unterhalt von Standardprogrammen und R\-Packages (z. B. für Datenaufbereitung, Qualitätskontrolle, Abbildungen und Tabellen) sowie Programmiersupport für das Statistikteam und weitere Mitarbeitende des SCI Kompetenzzentrum auf Anfrage
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Clinical Data Manager:innen und anderen Mitgliedern der Studienteams zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Masterabschluss / Diplom oder Doktorat in Statistik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in R
  • Erfahrung als Biostatistiker:in oder statistische:r Programmierer:in in klinischen Studien sowie in der Entwicklung von R\-Packages auf GitHub von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse statistischer Methoden wie Überlebenszeitanalyse, lineare, logistische und \-Regression sowie gemischte Modelle
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz, teamorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch
