Die Spitexdienste Laupen sind eine Non\-Profit\-Organisation mit öffentlichem Auftrag. Das Einzugsgebiet umfasst die Gemeinden Laupen, Mühleberg, Frauenkappelen, Kriechenwil, Ferenbalm, Gurbrü und Wileroltigen mit rund 10'000 Einwohnern. Bist du unser:e neue:r Leiter:in Spitex (80 \- 100%)? Hilfst du mit, die Spitexdienste Laupen weiterzuentwickeln und unterstützt du bei der Modernisierung und Digitalisierung aktiv mit. Dazu arbeitest du eng mit der Direktion, den anderen Bereichsleitenden, Ärzten, Spitälern sowie deinem Pflegekader zusammen. Deine Aufgaben Du übernimmst die strategische, operative und fachliche Führung des Bereichs Spitex mit rund 30 Mitarbeitenden und entwickelst diesen im Einklang mit dem Leitbild und der Unternehmensstrategie weiter Du trägst die Verantwortung für den Stellenplan sowie für eine bedarfsgerechte und effiziente Personaleinsatzplanung Du stellst eine hohe Pflegequalität sicher und förderst die kontinuierliche Qualitätsentwicklung Du trägst die Budgetverantwortung für deinen Bereich und gewährleistest einen verantwortungsvollen und wirtschaftlichen Ressourceneinsatz Konzepte und Prozesse setzt du wirkungsvoll um und übernimmst die Leitung von Verbesserungs\-, Automatisierungs\- und Digitalisierungsprojekten Du repräsentierst die Spitexdienste Laupen sowohl innerhalb der Organisation als auch gegenüber externen Partnern und Anspruchsgruppen Das bringst du idealerweise mit Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/\-mann HF oder FH sowie über eine Weiterbildung in Führung und Betriebswirtschaft Du bringst mehrjährige Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung mit, idealerweise in der Spitex oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsfunktion Dein Pflegeverständnis ist ausgeprägt und du hast Freude daran, Entwicklungen aktiv mitzugestalten und Veränderungsprozesse engagiert voranzutreiben Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick Als organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit setzt du Prioritäten zielgerichtet und arbeitest effizient Du überzeugst durch Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen und verstehst es, Mitarbeitende für gemeinsame Ziele zu gewinnen Das erwartet dich Eine anspruchsvolle Aufgabe mit hoher Eigenverantwortung in einem Betrieb, der sich durch eine zweckmässige Organisation und eine offene Kommunikationskultur auszeichnet.
