Für unser bescheidenes, aber feines Bistro suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine selbstständige und herzliche Persönlichkeit als Koch / Allrounder mit Führungsfunktion (m/w/d) – 60% bis 100% 🍳 Das sind deine Aufgaben • Küche & Take-away: Du bereitest mit Liebe unsere abwechslungsreichen Mittagsmenüs zu und stellst ein attraktives Take-away-Angebot bereit. • Backen: Du verwöhnst unsere Gäste mit hausgemachten Kuchen, Wähen oder feinem Gebäck. • Organisation & Einkauf: Du übernimmst die Menüplanung, kalkulierst die Gerichte und kümmerst dich selbstständig um den gesamten Einkauf und die Lagerhaltung. • Führung: Du leitest unser kleines, motiviertes Team in der Küche und im Bistro-Service an und organisierst die Abläufe. • Gästekontakt: Bei Bedarf packst du im Service an, bedienst unsere Gäste an der Theke und sorgst für Wohlfühlatmosphäre. • Hygiene: Du stellst die Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften (HACCP) im gesamten Betrieb sicher. 🔪 Das bringst du mit • Fundierte Erfahrung: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ oder mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Allround-Funktion. • Organisationstalent: Du hast Erfahrung in der Menüplanung und im Einkauf und kannst ein kleines Team motivierend führen. • Leidenschaft fürs Backen: Du hast Freude daran, das kulinarische Angebot mit hausgemachten Backwaren zu ergänzen. • Gastgebergen: Du bist eine offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit und hast Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt. • Sprachen: Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich für den Austausch mit Gästen und Lieferanten. 🎁 Das bieten wir dir • Verantwortung & Freiraum: Du kannst das kulinarische Gesicht unseres Bistros aktiv mitgestalten und eigene Ideen einbringen. • Attraktive Arbeitszeiten: Ideal für die Work-Life-Balance – Fokus auf das Tagesgeschäft keine klassischen Spätschichten/Zimmerstunden. • Familiäres Umfeld: Kurze Entscheidungswege, ein eingespieltes, herzliches Team und treue Stammkunden. • Flexibles Pensum: Wir passen das Arbeitspensum (60–100%) gerne an deine Lebenssituation und Kompetenzen an. ________________ 📬 Werde Teil unserer Bistro-Familie!
