Für unseren Kunden in Untersiggenthal AG suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung mehrere zuverlässige und körperlich belastbare Bodenbauer (m/w/d) für den Aufbau eines neuen Produktionsteams. Du bist handwerklich geschickt, arbeitest gerne mit Holz und packst auch bei körperlich anspruchsvollen Tätigkeiten kräftig mit an? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Der Einsatz ist langfristig geplant und erfolgt im 2-Schicht-Betrieb.

Deine Aufgaben - Herstellung und Montage von Bodenelementen aus Holz - Bearbeitung und Verarbeitung verschiedener Holzmaterialien - Lesen und Umsetzen von technischen Plänen und Zeichnungen - Arbeiten mit Nagelpistolen und verschiedenen Holzwerkzeugen - Zuschneiden, Zusammenbauen und Befestigen von Holzelementen - Sicherstellung der geforderten Qualitätsstandards - Selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie Unterstützung innerhalb des Produktionsteams - Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften am Arbeitsplatz

Dein Profil - Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis - Erfahrung in der Holzverarbeitung, im Holzbau oder in der Produktion von Vorteil - Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Nagelpistolen und Holzwerkzeugen erwünscht - Fähigkeit, technische Pläne zu lesen und umzusetzen - Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Körperlich fit und belastbar, da die Tätigkeit regelmässiges Heben, Tragen und Arbeiten in unterschiedlichen Körperpositionen erfordert - Selbstständige, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise - Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-Betrieb - Wohnhaft in der Region Untersiggenthal oder mobil mit eigenem PW - Hohe Pünktlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

Arbeitszeiten – 2-Schicht-Betrieb Der Einsatz erfolgt im wöchentlichen Wechsel: Schicht Arbeitszeit Frühschicht 05:15 – 14:15 Uhr Spätschicht 14:15 – 23:15 Uhr

Wichtig: Aufgrund der Schichtzeiten ist ein eigenes Fahrzeug zwingend erforderlich, sofern du nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe des Arbeitsortes wohnst und beide Schichten zuverlässig erreichen kannst. Pünktlichkeit ist für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf unerlässlich.
