PROMAN recherche pour l?un de ses clients un(e) Boucher(ère) pour une mission de longue durée au sein d?un laboratoire spécialisé dans la production traiteur.

Votre profil :

Formation de boucher/ère ou expérience professionnelle équivalente Solide expérience en travail de laboratoire Excellente maîtrise du taillage, détaillage, parage et de la découpe de viande Bonne connaissance des différentes pièces et techniques de préparation À l?aise dans un environnement de production soutenu Personne autonome, précise, organisée et soigneuse Bon esprit d?équipe et sens du travail bien fait Disponible pour une mission de longue durée Boucher / Bouchère ? Laboratoire Traiteur

Vos missions :

Travail au sein du laboratoire de production Réception et préparation des matières premières Taillage, détaillage et découpe des viandes Désossage, parage et préparation des différentes pièces de viande Réalisation de préparations bouchères et traiteur Respect des grammages, des recettes et des consignes de production Préparation des commandes et mise en place des produits Respect strict des normes d?hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire Nettoyage et entretien du matériel et du poste de travail
