Dans le cadre de nos mandats, nous recherchons pour nos clients des bouchers Expérimentés afin de renforcer leur équipe de production.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

Nous recherchons un boucher d-atelier expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Vous serez responsable du désossage, du parage et de la découpe de viandes, notamment de bœuf, veau et porc. Votre rôle consistera à préparer les pièces de viande selon les normes de qualité strictes, tout en travaillant dans un atelier de production. Le respect des normes d-hygiène et des protocoles HACCP est essentiel dans cette fonction. Vous devrez également gérer les volumes de production et respecter les cadences imposées. L-entretien de votre poste de travail est une priorité pour garantir un environnement de travail propre et organisé. Nous attendons de vous une grande rigueur et un sens aigu des responsabilités, afin de contribuer à la qualité et à la sécurité des produits que nous proposons à nos clients.

Wir erwarten ##

Vous devez posséder un CFC de boucher ou une formation équivalente, avec une expérience confirmée dans le domaine. Une bonne maîtrise des techniques de découpe est indispensable. Nous recherchons une personne autonome, précise et organisée, avec une bonne condition physique. L'esprit d-équipe et la fiabilité sont des qualités essentielles pour réussir dans ce poste.
