Boursier(e) à 40% Le Service Intercommunal de distribution d’eau potable de Rolle est environ recherche un(e) :Boursier(ère)Taux d’activité 30 – 40 % Vos missions principales : Vos missions principales : Tenue de la comptabilité générale selon MCH2, Élaboration, suivi et contrôle du budget annuel, Analyse financière et contrôle des comptes du Service, Réalisation de l’ensemble des opérations de clôture annuelle des comptes, Gestion du bilan et du suivi des investissements, Relation avec l’organe de révision, la Préfecture et les services cantonaux, Assistance à la rédaction des préavis relatifs au budget et aux comptes, Soutien au Comité de Direction lors de la rédaction des préavis \- partie finances, Participation aux séances du Comité de Direction, des Commissions et du Conseil Intercommunal, Etablissement des décomptes TVA, Gestion et planification de la trésorerie courante (paiements, liquidités, emprunts), Gestion et paiement des factures fournisseurs, Etablissement et suivi des factures des taxes et des acomptes, Etablissement des factures de prestations du service et suivi des encaissements, Suivi des débiteurs et gestion des contentieux, Gestion des revenus du patrimoine (locations d’un appartement), Suivi des subventions et des participations. Expérience et formation : Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finances et comptabilité ou titre jugé équivalent, Expérience de la comptabilité communale MCH2, Maîtrise des outils informatiques, en particulier ceux spécifiques au domaine de la comptabilité communale. (Citizen) Autonomie, rigueur, entregent, sens des responsabilités, discrétion et esprit collaboratif, Nationalité Suisse ou permis de travail valable, casier judiciaire vierge.
