Unsere Mission: Aussergewöhnliche Tees aus aller Welt entdecken, sorgfältig auswählen und diese Begeisterung mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden teilen. In über 100 Boutiquen in Frankreich und weiteren Ländern, unter anderem in Belgien, Luxemburg und Japan, bringen wir Menschen die Welt des Tees näher, ob im Alltag oder zu besonderen Anlässen. Für unseren Store in Zürich HB suchen wir eine:n Boutique Manager / Assistant Boutique Manager 80 \- 100%. Wer bei uns arbeitet, liebt nicht nur Tee, sondern auch den Austausch mit Menschen und das Entdecken neuer Aromen. Als Boutique Manager / Assistant Boutique Manager bist du das Gesicht unserer Boutique an und lebst die Werte von Palais des Thés: Leidenschaft, Fachwissen und Gastfreundschaft. Deine Aufgaben: Du führst unser Team mit Begeisterung und sorgst für ein inspirierendes Einkaufserlebnis, ganz im Sinne unserer Marke. Du berätst unsere Kundschaft kompetent und herzlich, teilst dein Wissen über unsere Tees und baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf. Du gestaltest den Verkaufsraum einladend und präsentierst unsere Produkte so, dass sie zum Entdecken einladen. Du organisierst die Warenannahme, die Lagerhaltung und sorgst für Ordnung und Sauberkeit in der Boutique. Du bist verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf aller Verkaufs\- und Kassiervorgänge. Du setzt unsere Markenphilosophie im Alltag um und sorgst dafür, dass sich jede Kundin und jeder Kunde bei uns wohlfühlt. Was du mitbringst: Freude am Verkauf, an der Beratung und am Kontakt mit Menschen sowie ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Servicequalität. Begeisterung für hochwertige Lebensmittel und/oder Tee, idealerweise mit ersten Erfahrungen im Einzelhandel oder in der Gastronomie. Führungsqualitäten (mind. 1\-2 Jahre Erfahrung als Boutique Manager / Assistant Boutique Manager) Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu entwickeln.
