Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Luxussegment der Uhrenbranche, suchen wir eine erfahrene und führungsstarke Persönlichkeit als Boutique Manager. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle gestalten Sie aktiv den Erfolg der Boutique in Bern und prägen das Kundenerlebnis auf höchstem Niveau. Ihre Tätigkeiten -Gesamtverantwortung für den operativen Betrieb der Boutique sowie Sicherstellung eines exzellenten Kundenerlebnisses -Aktiver Aufbau und Pflege eines anspruchsvollen Kundenstamms (Clienteling auf höchstem Niveau) -Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Boutique-Teams -Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Verkaufsziele und nachhaltige Umsatzsteigerung -Umsetzung von Visual Merchandising Richtlinien gemäss Luxusstandards -Planung und Durchführung exklusiver Kunden- und VIP-Events -Analyse von Kennzahlen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien -Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien und Qualitätsstandard

Votre profil

Ihr Profil -Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Luxus- oder Premiumsegment, idealerweise in der Uhrenbranche -Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Sales-Kompetenz -Starke Kundenorientierung und Fähigkeit, anspruchsvolle Kundschaft zu begeistern und langfristig zu binden -Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich), Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil -Gepflegtes, professionelles und souveränes Auftreten -Unternehmerisches Denken sowie hohe Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein -Leidenschaft für hochwertige Produkte, Ästhetik und Markenwelten
