In dieser Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die Boutique. Sie führen Ihr Team mit Klarheit, Präsenz und Vorbildfunktion, schaffen ein motivierendes und leistungsorientiertes Arbeitsumfeld und sorgen für eine konsequente Umsetzung der Unternehmens\- und Markenstandards.

Ihre Verantwortung

* Führung, Motivation und gezielte Weiterentwicklung des Boutique\-Teams * Klare Zielsetzung, regelmässiges Coaching und konsequentes Performance Management * Verantwortung für Umsatz, Verkaufsziele und relevante KPIs * Analyse der Geschäftsentwicklung und Ableitung konkreter Massnahmen * Sicherstellung einer erstklassigen Service\- und Beratungsqualität * Rekrutierung, Einarbeitung und Entwicklung neuer Mitarbeitender * Sicherstellung effizienter Prozesse und reibungsloser Abläufe innerhalb der Boutique * Verantwortung für Warenbestand, Inventar und Reporting Gesuchtes Profil

Ihr Profil

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition
  • Ausgeprägte Leadership\-Qualitäten und nachweisliche Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Führung und Entwicklung von Teams
  • Inspirierende Persönlichkeit mit natürlicher Autorität, Empathie und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte Verkaufs\- und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit KPIs und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für kommerzielle Zusammenhänge
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Entscheidungsstärke und Hands\-on\-Mentalität
  • Professionelles Auftreten sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Fliessende Deutsch\-/Schweizerdeutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
