Folgende vielfältige Aufgaben warten auf dich: Kompetente und lösungsorientierte Unterstützung unserer Broker im Tagesgeschäft Aktive Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und strategischer Ausbau des Brokerportfolios Effiziente Koordination von Offertanfragen sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs Sicherstellung einer hohen Qualität entlang des gesamten Prozesses Erstellung fundierter Jahresplanungen sowie Setzen gezielter Impulse in der Marktbearbeitung Planung und Durchführung regionaler Broker\-Events zur Pflege und Erweiterung des Netzwerks Das zeichnet dich aus: Eidgenössischer Fachausweis in der Versicherungsbranche oder eine vergleichbare höhere Ausbildung Wohnsitz im Tätigkeitsgebiet sowie eine starke regionale Verankerung Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung bei einem Allbranchenversicherer Hohe Leistungsorientierung, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägter Einsatzwille Wenn du zudem dynamisch und flexibel bist, gerne in deinem Tätigkeitsgebiet unterwegs bist und eine interessante und abwechslungsreiche Arbeit schätzt, dann bist du die richtige Person für uns.
