Unser Dienstleistungszentrum an der Rosenbergstrasse 16 in St. Gallen übernimmt für mehrere Banken Aufgaben in den Bereichen Wertschriftenverwaltung, Rechnungswesen, Zahlungsverkehr und Organisa\-tion. Zur Verstärkung unseres IT\-Business\-Solution\-Teams und zum Ausbau unserer Kompetenz rund um die BSI Customer Suite suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung:

BSI Customer Suite Spezialistin oder Spezialist (a), 80 \- 100 %

Was Du bewegst:

  • Du konfigurierst Prozesse, Workflows und Benutzeroberflächen innerhalb der BSI Customer Suite.
  • Du analysierst fachliche Anforderungen und setzt diese in nachhaltige Lösungen um.
  • Du berätst Kundinnen und Kunden zu den Einsatzmöglichkeiten der BSI Customer Suite und arbeitest bei Integrationen von Umsystemen mit.
  • Du erstellst und pflegst Standards, Dokumentationen sowie wiederverwendbare Lösungsbausteine.
  • Du bringst Dich aktiv beim Ausbau unserer BSI\-Kompetenz ein.

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung mit der BSI Customer Suite bzw. BSI CRM.
  • Du hast bereits eigenständig BSI\-Lösungen konfiguriert und erfolgreich umgesetzt.
  • Du verstehst Geschäftsprozesse und übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in technische Lösungen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und qualitätsbewusst und kommunizierst adressatengerecht.
  • Erfahrungen mit Integrationen, APIs oder agilen Projektmethoden sind von Vorteil.
