Du bist eine verantwortungsbewusste, zahlenaffine Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der eigenständigen Führung einer Buchhaltung, die ihre Aufgaben professionell und mit hoher Exaktheit wahrnimmt? Du beschreibst dich als TeamplayerIn mit einer lösungsorientierten Vorgehensweise? Dann suchen wir genau dich!

Deine Aufgaben • Selbständige Führung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung • Verantwortung für das Mahnwesen • Abwicklung des gesamten Bank- und Zahlungsverkehrs • Erstellung der MWST-Abrechnungen und Abstimmungen für das In- und Ausland • Unterstützung bei den Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen • Erstellen des Konzernabschlusses in Zusammenarbeit mit der externen Revisionsstelle • Erstellen der wöchentlichen Liquiditäts- und Budgetkontrolle • Mitarbeit bei Standardisierung, Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen (z.B. ERP-Themen)

Dein Profil • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, mit Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-System - BC 365 von Vorteil • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

Optional •Selbstständige und termingerechte Abwicklung der Lohnverarbeitung Diese Tätigkeit kann zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt übernommen werden
